Trauma Treatment in
Practice, Live!
Training Information
Offered By Riverbend Integrative Trauma Treatment
Who would benefit from this asynchronous training? ASWs, LCSWs, LPCs, Residents in Counseling, anyone wishing to broaden their knowledgebase in trauma. Go Beyond Trauma-Informed—Start Providing Real Trauma Treatment. This dynamic, hands-on training will equip you to recognize and respond to trauma in real time. You’ll learn to trace present-day symptoms back to past painful experiences, identify nervous system activation patterns, and apply practical regulation techniques directly in your sessions.
We’ll cover how fight, flight, freeze, and collapse show up in the therapy room—and what to do when they do. You’ll leave with immediately usable, body-based tools for working with nervous system dysregulation and helping clients safely regulate and reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
This concise yet comprehensive course also strengthens your ability to apply trauma reprocessing models like EMDR, TFCBT, Parts Work, and Somatic modalities more effectively.
Whether you’re newer to trauma work or looking to deepen your existing skills, this training offers both clarity and clinical depth.
