I believe healing begins with feeling seen, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and work toward meaningful change.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree with a clinical concentration from Virginia Commonwealth University and am a Resident in Social Work in Virginia. I am also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating trauma, mental health challenges, substance use, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the resilience people carry and their capacity for healing and growth.
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, connection, and understanding. Each person grows in their own way, shaped by their unique experiences, needs, and environment. With the right support and care, we can create the conditions where healing can take place.
Together, we can honor where you have been, nurture where you are, and move toward a life where you are not only surviving, but thriving.
